How my journey began

My name is Jennifer Leroux. I am a best selling children’s book author and Mompreneur on a mission. I have an extensive background in early childhood education, performing arts and I am a fanatic when it comes to all things Disney. The Potty Queen essentially created magic in a box for those needing help and support during the first five years of parenthood when things are the poopiest!

If we learned anything from 2020 it is how freaking amazing moms are! All moms. No matter what their situation looks like but especially if they are warriors fighting a battle themselves or alongside their child or a family member.

As my role model and idol once said “you can’t judge a mom by her poop show. We are all just doing the best we can, right guys?!”

Potty ride real talk: I was at the literal end of my rope during the pandemic potty training my twins and I was desperate for help. I didn’t know where to turn. My sweet little toddlers suddenly had turned into terrorists. I was isolated, struggling with anxiety and depression and I found myself crying in the laundry room hiding from my over tired threenagers.

Surrounded by piles of dirty laundry and children screaming for me outside the door “mommy just needs a minute” I said through my tears. Oh how I wished Mary Poppins could come down from the clouds and rescue me. To give me support and tell me what I should do. How could I get through to my children? A spoonful of sugar wasn’t cutting it anymore. What I wouldn’t give for a magic carpet to fly down and carry my away. I missed the magic of Disney and I knew I had to create it for myself and for all families, for the rest of time.
